The man is a genius! My favorite story of his collection is Needful Things, and I read it about two to three times a year that's just how good it is! 😀
hey man. Great collection. I´m from Brazil and I´m getting all stephen king books in hardcover, mostly in first edition, thanks to the online used books sites. I´m glad that you helped me getting interested in those books.
i loved Rose Madder and i was so sad when all my books went missing when i moved :( i have been keeping an eye out for an old rose madder that i like the cover of. excellent collection
Carrie, Christine, Salem's Lot, The Stand are all good one to jump into. Also some of his more recent books such as 11/22/63, Under the Dome, Duma Key are good choices
Hey great collection. I really enjoyed your video. I wish my paperbacks were in half as good of condition as yours. I hope to make a video soon of my collections.
Great collection! The Dead Zone was the first SK book I read. I really loved it. I finished The Talisman in November. IT. WAS. AMAZING. Stephen King quickly took over all of my bookshelves.
Love your book collection reviews. I am intensely into the horror genre and mainly Stephen King. I love the Dean Koontz Odd Thomas series though. I did have a lot of Richard Laymon first editions but am selling most of those now and getting into my Stephen King kick.
I really would recommend reading Danse Macabre, yes it isn't your usual Stephen King book in as much as its more of an essaybut its still an interesting read. Even if you have no interest in Stephen's opinions its still worth reading for the epic amount of author's he recommends, without reading that book I never would of heard of Harlan Ellison and Richard Matheson and many, many more great authors.
@martmelee Interestingly UK covers are usually more beautiful than USA covers. But IT's current US cover is pretty good with all shades of grey and black.
You have an awesome collection of books by stephen king! i remember the first i read was his first book carrie. Then salem's lot which i thought was fantastic.I didn't read the shining yet.I liked the old edition of different season,it and misery.I really liked the hardcover and paperbacks.
I have total OCD when it comes to books lol I don't even like to turn the cover too far because I don't like when it gets bent. Nice king collection, I have about ten of his books right now. I always want more but when I have spare throw around money, I usually buy other things with it lol I read mainly from library's, but I do buy stephen king
@TheGriffindor92 Start with the short stories, like night shift or skeleton crew. Ease your way into the better stuff like Carrie, misery, firestarter, and cujo. A great book to start with is the mist. And different seasons and Dolores Claiborne are great. Hope this helps! :)
Same here, Misery was my first Stephen King book and I love his books. I think if I started with The Shining (my second King book) I wouldn't like him nearly as much.
do you have a paperback version of IT? i'd like to see the cover of that one i have seen a few with an ugly cover and i am trying to get a descent looking version :) what can i say i am a huge stephen king fan.
I noticed that you've got IT in its hardcover version, I bought the paperback of the book and it was 1041 pages long. How many pages does the hardcover have?
what do you guys think about old verus new covers, im a newer reader so i get stuck with all the new cheaper covers. i really like some of them though, and some i hate, for instance, thinner new vs old, the old one with the bloody handprint was awsome for a cover, the new one looks creeperier, but also stupider, what do you think,,,,,,,,,
How many books have Stephen King writen and/or is writing? Me and my dad were just wondering!! I'm not aloud to read the books till I'm a tad bit older but I've watched almost all the movies. Scary movies!! Misery was just SICK with caps lock all the way!!!!
@koryn1998 I have a first edition hardcover IT and the paperback but haven't started either of them yet lol. I love Misery, it was very powerful and got me into reading Stephen King
Hey guys I have Carrie Salems Lot the shining night shift the stand and the stand comics the dead zone firestarter cujo and I have read misery the mist and thinner and it and blockade billy. I am a fan of misery and blockade billy. Which other books by SK should I read
