- Here is the reconstructed 1960 sign-off video of NBC New York flagship station, WNBC-TV (@NBCNewYork) announced by Bob Waldrop.
P.S. I retrieved the sign-off clip from the closed TV-Signoffs.com

There was a slide of the SOGP at the time which had the address below (given as "Box 1711 Washington 13, D.C.") Also, I.I.N.M., at the onset of Channel 4's being WNBC-TV, they had the '4' logo toward the left, 'WNBC-TV NEW YORK' near the top right of the bar at center in the '4', and wallpaper of the NBC snake in a pattern (about 17 across and 18 down, for a total of 306 in the "scanned area") in the background.
I don't know exactly when that "programs broadcast" disclaimer first turned up, but it was definitely in place by 1964 or so (if based on another WNBC-TV sign-off from Matt Thomas who, when promoting what WNBC 660 was running in the time the TV station was "down," mentioned a program ["All Night in New York"] which would have preceded Long John Nebel's arrival; his first show for WNBC radio was Aug. 24, 1964; that slide would have been shown at the onset of "This concludes our evening program schedule..." part).
There was also another ID slide WNBC-TV used in the early/mid-1960s (Though they had the animated IDs by 1963 or so) with NYC skyline in the background and the words “WNBC-TV” and “N.Y.” inside the 4 (with the NBC Snake of course embedded in the middle), though it was mostly used “Movie 4” station breaks and signoffs.
Plus, KNBC's version of the ID after the call-sign change from KRCA would have a lime green background with "KNBC LOS ANGELES" at the top right of the bar at the center near the "4" as well?
