WABC-TV Sign Off 1959

Here is the reconstructed 1959 Sign-Off for New York City's ABC Owned and Operated Station, WABC-TV (‪@abc7NY‬) rendered by Don Dowd.

I presume, from July 3, 1965 to at least 1966 when ABC's corporate HQ moved for several years to 1330 Avenue of the Americas, the TV Code blurb would have been followed by:
"WABC-TV is owned and operated by American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. Executive offices and studios..."
I do not know if, in 1959, WABC's switchers on duty were off the ball in timing (i.e. switching from the network logo to the Seal of Good Practice in the middle of that spiel, cutting in usually, say, within "to the Television Code of..."; and from that to Channel 7's then-logo when in the middle of "...a division of American Broadcasting-Paramount Theatres, Inc." - as they would infamously be in the 1970's to the mid-1980's as on some sign-off clips on here.
