YAY. HP won. I am so glad she won. I love that Lego got it right and put an eagle on the plinth tile and scarf. I really thought that they would mess that up. Maybe one of the other mini figures should have won first place but I don’t really care. As you said tomorrow is going to be a crap day for HP so it will even out. I am wondering… crap statue or crap table. Thank you again for the fun video. Have a great Friday. See you tomorrow. : )
The T-6 Jedi Shuttle is not based on the newest rendition from this year, but the older model from 2011. Which is why it's a red and white color scheme. Additionally, the calendar goes in chronological order of set releases throughout 25 years of Lego Star Wars. There's also a hidden pink 1 by 2 plate in the micro model. Someone from the design team is getting a cake this December lmao
Yea, I think it’s been mentioned before but he does have a bias to a certain IP. Nothing wrong with that of course but I think there have been days where Harry Potter gifts could have scored lower and it still would have ended up being fairly high.
Miles should have been first. Make sure you have Lego replace that head though. Friends showed a better way to bring out a baby by providing baby, bottle, and accessory. It took City two consecutive days to do this. HP has a pattern, so we know what tomorrow means. Star Wars would be about ripe for another minifig. We can also expect SM to drop another bomb tomorrow. Hopefully City will have a nice build of some sort.
After yesterday I have been wondering what could possibly show up today. When you first unpacked the Cringy Companions gift I thought, dishes in a drawer. Then you revealed the baby which is very sweet. I think the designers of the Fiend's calender could school the team from Spider-man. I agree, they did cheap out on the crib rockers. I agree on the hockey stick gliders from Disney. You can have some photo fun with them Jeremy! Drop City's sugar cookie on the ice as a puck and use the gliders from the Fiend's sled to make an ice hockey scene! Please tell me what the printing of a helicopters is about on City's minifigure's sweater. Is she a news caster or a pilot? Another ship from Star Wars. At least it's got some red for the holiday. Wow! Spiderman came through! Nice one! Amazing that Potter gave a minifigure too today. Tough judging job for you Jeremy. As a Ravenclaw myself of course I am happy with the win for Potter. I can only imagine the reason why you downgraded Spider-Man today was the shoddy printing. At least they got the bonus point.
Definitely some bias to the scoring today. I agreed with everything apart from the top three places, I would have put the Harry Potter third, City second and the Spider-Man first.
Morning Jeremy, I read an article yesterday that said the contents of the Harry Potter Calendar is designed to fit in set 76435 'The Great Hall'. It would make a great christmas re-theming! If you have one it would be great to see it in action on day 24!
I would say the bias is showing today but Spidey got the bonus point, and the shuttle isn't based off the 2022 shuttle, it's based off the 2011 shuttle.
Joke if the day? Invisible ink? Sledding sport, ice skating cool, Italian Jedi, headphones advice, creature mash ups, I just can’t choose today ❤️🇬🇧🇺🇸🎄🤣 great scoring too btw
I think Lego city should’ve gotten the extra bonus point. That figure came with a jumper like the Spider-Man calendar, but it also had a scarf, ice skates, and a holiday cookie
Oh jeez, so many minifigures, so many tough choices to make! 6 points - Marvel. Finally, a decent gift from Marvel! Exactly what advent calendar figures should be, festive variations of popular characters. 5 points - City. Maybe not quite as standout as some of the other figures from the calendar so far, but still a very nice Christmas sweater. 4 points - Harry Potter. Decent figure, always good to get an exclusive torso, but Cho Chang is an incredibly common character in Lego form. 3 points - Friends. Gift of the day on many other days, but whilst the baby is nice, the half-arsed effort for the crib build does let it down a bit. 2 points - Star Wars. Generic ship. At least it's not grey. 1 point - Disney. Not the worst gift in the world, but it came up against such stiff competition today. Festive Bonus Point - Marvel. Really tough choice between this and City, but Marvel desperately need the points! Scores - City 60, Disney 50, Harry Potter 49, Star Wars 44, Marvel 42, Friends 41.
Ah I see what star wars is doing: they're saving their minifigures for when the other calendars have run out of non day 24 minifigures so they can get all the points and win the contest.
Compared with that Marvel Christmas sweater all Harry Potter gifts (who haven't ever gave us something like that) from all years including this one look like rubbish. But BIAS is BIAS and Jeremy is just a sinner like us all.
HP did not deserve that first place; third or fourth (with Friends on third) would be more fitting in todays selection. You started out well balanced in your judging this year, but there’s definitely some HP bias creeping in during the last few days. 😉 Cho Chang looks nice enough, but is otherwise unremarkable compared to the other minifigures. I’m undecided between City and Spider-Man for first place. The sweater on Miles Morales is nice, but the complete figure doesn’t appeal to me, the parts don’t match well. The City minifigure on the other hand is perfectly matched, just screams “Christmas” and it has plenty and good accessories. IMHO it should at least have been festive gift of the day, if not first place instead of HP.
Again somewhat easy scoring for me today: 1. Marvel 7(6+1) points, 2. Harry Potter 5 points, 3. City 4 points, 4. Friends 3 points, 5. Star Wars 2 points and 6. Disney 1 point. So far : 1. City 59 points, 2. Harry Potter 49 points, 3. Star Wars 49 points, 4. Friends 47 points, 5.Marvel 41 points and 6. Disney 41 points.
Seems weird that we're getting so much frozen stuff. But I guess it makes sense for the ice and snow themed movie to make up the majority of an advent calendar
Goodness, the LEGO Friends mafia brought some telenovela level drama today! Poor baby Ella! And poor Rose, I loved her on Day 12! Anyhow, Ella gets gift of the day from me! 2nd place goes to Cho Chang! Cho's appearance here is more book accurate than movie accurate, Jeremy! Cho had lots of awesome scenes as Ravenclaw's seeker on Quidditch & she got to play during Prisoner of Azkaban. LEGO City gets 3rd place with the neat minifigure! 4th place goes to Star Wars! Yes, I usually hate Star Wars, but Ahsoka's ship is pretty AND can double as Redwing with Falcon minifigures! The Disney calendar dropped the ball. BOO to Miles Morales! He is an impostor & should not exist! There should ONLY BE ONE SPIDER-MAN. I wish we had gotten Spidey's girlfriend Mary Jane, instead of him!
I don't know how no one has told you this yet but the lego star wars calendar celebrates 25 years of lego star wars. Each day is a roughly the next year of lego star wars, having started in 1999 (which was the grey x wing, like the original one). The t6 shuttle is based off the clone wars version which was white and red, not grey and red like the recent one.
Didn't expect Spider Man to actually come through with a Christmas sweater after such a poor performance so far! I must say, today was another great day of puns, these ones were painful! Yes, Cho winning may be a bit of Racenclaw bias, but to be fair she did come with the extra tile and Miles Morales did have a print defect! Hopefully tomorrows gifts won't be too bland after such a great day, shame that Ella was today's gift with such strong competition. I'm curious to figure out more about the tragic backstory of the Heartlake City maffia! (seriously I don't know how Lego thought this would be a good idea for a kids show)
Ravenclaw vote was biased and in my opinion Spiderman should have won because of the really nice exclusive Christmas jumper. Each to their own Jeremy, loving the videos and have been watching them every year. Keep it up! 👍
I disagree on the minifigures. The Lego City minifigure should have been above the Miles Morales minifigure based solely on the misprint on the head. Also, Cho is a year older than the other HP minifigures, she should have the medium legs.
The amount of glaze for Harry Potter is insane
I blame the Imperius curse.
@@jeremyherbertofficial the only explanation lol
I knew there would be Ravenclaw bias 😂😂😂
OF COURSE ! But in the 12 days prior to this we've seen worse !
It's much needed because we all know that tomorrow potter is getting a rubbish statue build 😂
I'm usually sorted into Gryffindor anyway, but twice I've been a Slytherin.
YAY. HP won. I am so glad she won. I love that Lego got it right and put an eagle on the plinth tile and scarf. I really thought that they would mess that up. Harry Potter in general has gotten a lot of bias. Spider-Man would probably be winning if he were more of a fan of that
Both of the other mini figures were much better than Cho Cheng
Ravenclaw bias
Exclusive torso, head, hair (new color), and they included a Ravenclaw tile. I stand by my decision on this one.
@@jeremyherbertofficial Nah, you're just afraid (too much) of City.
Spiderman needed all of the points today, need to give it encouragement when it actually does something great given most days it is terrible
Spider-Man will go downhill from here. I think impostor Miles was the last minifigure in the calendar, unless we already had Green Goblin.
@@VerneditheSnailnot yet but I won’t be surprised if Green Goblin is the 24th day.
@@VerneditheSnail I reckon green goblin and his glider will be separate
Six points including the festive bonus point is a good result for Spidey!
My Miles didn't have that problem. Request a new head from Lego. Should be sent quickly.
Sounds like yours was miles better than mine 😂
Spider-Man has a great festive jumper. I’m glad he got the bonus point.
It was well deserved. Mavbe should have been six points and a bonus point?
@@jeremyherbertofficial Of course but... BIAS.

Miles should have been first. Make sure you have Lego replace that head though. Friends showed a better way to bring out a baby by providing baby, bottle, and accessory. the "eel-eagle" one was my favorite of today
Thank you! Hate using AI for visualizations but hopefully it helped!
@@jeremyherbertofficial don't hate it, it's cute
Look how much stuff Lego can supply with a baby all of a sudden. City needs to get some of that mafia money next year.
LEGO is the original Danish House Mafia.
@@jeremyherbertofficial Right.
Man that miles minifig is awesome
Chow really needs all the points she can get… there’s a prophecy orb predicting a bag of crap for tomorrow.
The big question is whether the statue is actually recognizable as the animal it is intended to be.
@ As the previous statues resemble nothing I won’t keep my hopes up but maybe the other calendars will do even worse.
Justice for Justin, he's a much less well-known Ravenclaw than Cho.
