In this video we take on the post-game super bosses, Team Maki and Team Slacker. While they may be extremely powerful opponents, they each have a few weaknesses you can exploit to make your life a bit easier.
Tip: Make sure you've bought every stat-boosting seed from the seed vendor in Defiant Root before attempting this. The special Medals for Vi's Needles can be obtained at Shade and Merab's shops towards the end of the main game.

Fun fact: if you knockout Kina, then Yin, Kina will get so mad that Maki powered up when Yin went down but not for her that she’ll revive just to yell at him

You know, I was expecting Team Slacker to be tough since they were looking into the bounties…I wasn’t expecting Delilah to pull out a bazooka
Yeah, it can start off in a slow pattern that will immediately move forward into a status-inflicting barrage. Oh, and did I forget to mention that they can use *Queen's Dinners?*

It completely took me off guard that Delilah has a bazooka!
These are definitely my favorite bosses in the entire game. Also, there are some things to note here:
- The Hard Mode Medal does nothing to their stats except maybe increase their resistances to status ailments; the code "HARDEST", however, does.
- Team Slacker can also use *Queen's Dinners,* by the way.
Anyways, what will be the hardest challenge in the entire game in "standard" difficulty?

Yes. The two hardest bosses. That being said however, You can totally game them if you stack defense on Kabbu and Attack on either Vi or Leif. So if you wanna have a good time with these bosses, don’t.
Edit: another thing I forgot to mention is that you literally can’t lose any battle if you give Leif 2 HP Cores and Life Cast. He then can just spam Bubble Shield Lite free of charge on himself.
Edit 2: Kina has a hilarious reaction from Maki if you take her out first, then take Yin out second and then Maki third.
Really well done with this part, and now begins the Super Bosses, also i feel sorry for Yin, though that was a tough battle, and now the next battle, and won, there is not much left to do, but there is still much more to come, keep doing a wonderful job.
I used Poison powered Kabbu with eternal venom.
The time has arrived.
Not sure why I never looked into the poison strategies. I would have had an easier time with Maki and his team. I still managed to beat em, and it was fun to do.
Now Team Slacker? I didn't even try. I fought them once to finish the request and gave up. I'm convinced they're waaaaay tougher than Team Maki.
You dont lose your items if you lose for team slacker and im not sure why
wow this does really work for my power type play style if you want a ton of power instead of upgrading hp just upgrade medal points as much as you want and equip as many power type badges as you want it’s what i heard on reddit by a friend of mine as a friend wasn’t liking how in the middle of the game his power didn’t increase only for him to say if you want more power upgrade badge points or medal points in bug fables so that’s very interesting so i’ll be upgrading medel points from now on seeing that your play through comfirmed what he said so thanks for the video it really helped out for my power type play style but that’s just my way of playing rpgs but anyways awesome video keep up the good work my friend
I was just thinking about this. Im currently midgame and yeah, i dont like the characters to not grow more attack but instead just use tons of medals for strategy. Personally i prefer feeling stronger while getting more health but idk im very used to rpgs like Mario and Luigi or Mother where you get stronger. Anyways, its good to learn new types of playing🎉

Ah, the classic bubble Shield Lite + Taunt. Perfect way to ruin the experience and overall makes it as if you didn't deserve the win :)
Avoided to use that accursed thing on Challenge Runs, and I sure did suffer, but I did have fun being destroyed by bosses while simultaneously destroying them.
How are you so bad at timing the button pressed??
