how much weight did you lift during morning run at Sonamarg, how many kms and how much weight do they ask to lift during endurance test. What are the workouts someone should practice before AMC. Do mention everything

It would really be helpful, if you can mention in details a bit, such as for 5k run what should be the target timing and there are numbers of weight training, what are the few out of all which really helps out during AMC. I came across your video after numbers of search and it really helped a bit. Looking for more information.
No their is not such training time one have to finish the run as experienced in my batch. Schedule in my batch is bit different because of weather and some other reasons. Actually the endurance run is before going to the glacier training and expedition but in our batch it was after the expedition. Now coming to work one need not to worry you can do push ups, pull ups, squats, crunches and if you want want to do weight training it'll be good. Don't worry AMC is not that hard You will gonna enjoy the course. Thank you for the appreciation 😊

It's 5-6 km run with 8-10 kg weight. Before AMC you may do running and body weight workouts this is good for a fit person
