Whats up guys, i hope the new year is treating you well. This game right here is a pretty weird game. It released at the end of PS2s life cycle and probably not alot of you even heard of it, i didn't until not too long ago. Its a very strange and quirky game and been compared to the Silent Hill franchise. idk about that but its definitely good quality. This is emulated on pcsx2 @4K with widescreen. Enjoy
I’m 38 and this game reminds me of 2 games when I was in Japan. One is “City of Lost Children” which was released in 1998 and “Haunting Ground” which is also known as “Demento” in Japan which was released in 2005. The atmosphere is almost similar, if not almost identical. I played both of them and I can tell you, the voice actress for the main character in Rule of Rose and Haunting Ground is ridiculously similar. Maybe they’re the same?

I was looking for a playthrough of this game a while back! Youre my go to for playing these types of games since i no longer have a way to play them myself so Im glad you uploaded this^+^
I love this game. But i dont have the heart to play it ever again. I fall in love with brown and at the end i knew what actually happened to brown. It break my heart to bleeding pieces. I had to talk to my heart "its just a video game...brown is not real.." again and again so i can live normaly...
@@karleeb289 I don't have a ps2 to enjoy it but I'm going to get one that's being fixed up and moded so keep from wear and tear on the disc & the system I have about 34 ps2 games 9 ps1
I remember beating this one and then unlocking all the alternate weapons and such. This was a depressing game but awesome one. God I need to fix my PS2 so I can play all my classics
This was deep in my mind and hard to find. I remember watching this from some random TH-cam from 2010 and remembered she was on a blimp and fought theses little kids lol
not even 5 minutes in. me: well you done f*cked yourself, why the hell would you chase after some rando after getting some sketchy notebook. edit: chased him all the way down to some crazy place found him and was like yeah time to read you the rest of this book... is she crazy xD
awesome , thanks for the upload !! from what i understand this game was banned in a few countries !! people had a very hard time trying to find a copy , a few years ago i seen a copy on ebay selling for a ridiculous amount of money !!

God I love this game. Wish it have better controls/combat system but it makes it up for the great story.
Yeah, The combat is pretty unforgiving and the controls don't help. Probably 2 biggest criticisms of the game.
