ZoroPK it helps, it helps with your aim, if you dont believe me, play osu with a mouse for 3 months then play cs go, i did so, my rank increased from gold nova 1 to big star. Then i bought tablet and now my rank is golden ak :(

From what I’ve noticed, most rhythm games are muscle memory, after a while all of the patterns just sort of mesh together. This is what allows high level players to do these seemingly impossible plays. Memorizing and executing these patterns or high level patterns in other rhythm games is still pretty difficult and requires skill and concentration. Please keep in mind I’m only applying what I know from other games in the genre and accounts of others and could be completely wrong(I don’t play osu competitively but I’ve tried it out, it’s pretty fun)

Your cursor really isn't centered in any fps. Its more like the center of the camera follows your mouse. And most who compare the two skill sets are not comparing tracking, but comparing reaction speed.
OxxiTaN well I'm not saying Cookiezi and stuff would be Global Elite, but if you play with a mouse on osu!, it is undeniable it will help with accuracy and aiming. Of course if you want to train that on CSGO you should better play CSGO, but imo it still is a little help (like making your wrist and forearm stronger for example)
in osu we follow the rhythm and learn each beatmap's play style you need to play atleast 3 time a +4 star map for highscore but in csgo your targets are random and there is no rhythm

It no where near helps as much as people think it does but it provides more comfortability when holding the mouse. i hit Supreme and 20k in OSU And CS (before quitting CS) through just raw aim and relying on my aim, till I realised there's a lot more into it. also considering a tablet is a preferred playstle for OSU. i doubt that'll work for cs
