Highkey relate to Jo, my family dynamic is a lot like the march family, 4 girls and one boy and everyone personality seems to fit fairly well. It's great. I saw my sister (she would be beth in our family) actually play meg in this and she did great!
I only realised this had become a musical a few months back and I'm in love with it! This song, especially this performance is just perfection and my heart cannot take the love and passion I see between these two.
I love this musical! I would love to play Jo in the musical someday (though I would really need to re-train my singing voice!); it's too bad I found out about this musical way too late. One thing though: Jo and Fritz actually do have a lot of similarities as well as differences. I did love the humor that Fritz never told Jo his first name, but if I remember correctly, Jo does know his full name in the book. Eh it's a musical adaptation: like movie/TV there's going to be major cuts and slight differences.
After doing some sleuthing, this is from a 2013 performance at the Crown Uptown Theatre in Wichita, Kansas, USA. Unfortunately I could not find a recording of the performance, but this was extremely well done!!
I love this performance and it's an adorable scene. 10/10. I have no critiques for these lovely actors! However, this relationship is NOT Jo and Professor Bhaer at ALL. Not at all. Jo and the professor have a great relationship and bickering/arguing is one of the main reasons Jo decides not to marry Laurie, so this is a depiction of the exact type of relationship Jo March did NOT want...just saying. And it is saying something that this TRULY is one of the better depictions of him in performance adaptations of Little Women. People do NOT know how to handle him. lol
My Computer crashed shortly after finishing the final cut, and there are quite a few clips that I could't find in the backup. If I ever find a finished copy of the BluRay, I'll chop it up and post everything.
@@reedmorgan Next to Sutton Foster in the broadway production, this production is the closest to a broadway performance, watched this and the days of plenty and other song in the scene. Your a great jo, and this scene is one of the best i have scene of it on youtube. would love to see the other girls, but mostly love the song Could you? with Aunt March.
Don, what an impressive performance! What was the venue? Both you and Brittney have such chemistry and the voices are outstanding--such warmth and control. Definitely surpasses the recording in my humble opinion. I saw the national tour and you two should have been up there!
This must be one of the best Friedrich Bhaer´s I´ve ever seen. What an amazing performance! I wish I could find the whole musical somewhere.
This is perfect...awkward, sweet, passionate.... I APPROVE.
This Bhaer is absolutely amazing. He’s so adorable too!! Perfect acting. Brilliant. Great chemistry. I can’t stop watching this.
I know, right?? Like.... the Jo here is obviously great but Bhaer is the standout here, by a mile.
Wow!! The Jo here is really excellent but oh my God, this Bhaer is *amazing!!!*

this video earns a like from me because of that amazing actor who plays Bhaer!
I think this is the best version of this on youtube. I loved it!
They are both AMAZING in their roles!!!
Seriously, this is soooo great, I can never find performances this great on TH-cam...:)

Do you have the opening scene or "How I Am" from this performance? This actor as Bhaer is fantastic!

Bravo Bravo
Who plays Friedrich Bhaer? He’s AMAZING!
Who are the actors
Brittney Morton is Jo. I'm not sure what "Fritz's" name is.
Reed Morgan Hey! I just found this. That's me! Great video, I forgot this was filmed.
You were Prof. Bhaer? Well, your performance was excellent. Where was this production done? The theater that this was shot in looks massive.
Don Winsor, you were an AMAZING Bhaer!
Do you have your, "How I Am?"
