I’ve seen other video run throughs (of Quest) - but it probably comes down to preference as they seem to be both great games just different mechanics. And because you had such an in-depth knowledge of Villages just thought I’d ask incase you had some good insight on the other game too. Thank You!

Enjoyed the review and insights. Yesterday I ran into the fellow who introduced my to the original game and he told me he had all the expansions. He's going to bring them around this Friday, so I'll get to try one or two (or more) of them.
I feel sorry for the backers. Bought it, it was a disappointment. Extremely bland gameplay, old mechanics. Combos are meh. Escalation? Not really. Actions are nonintuitive and hard to remember. Solo is a joke. 60 pts at first attempt. The fact it was a kickstarter explains the linen finish and the gameplay quality. Avoid. I learned the hard way to highly distrust the overly positive prominent youtube vloggers.
