Ingredients :
Preparation For Prawns :
1½ cup (250 Grams) - Prawns (Cleaned And Devein) (25 Pieces)
For Marinating Prawns :
1½ cup (250 Grams) - Prawns (Cleaned And Devein) (25 Pieces)
¼ tsp - Turmeric
1 tsp - Red Chili Flakes
½ tsp - Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp - Salt (As Needed)
For Coconut Milk Mix :
2 tbsp - Coconut Milk
1 tbsp - Chopped Curry Leaves
1 tsp - Coconut Oil
For Making Grilled Prawns :
2 tbsp - Coconut Oil
4 - Slit Green Chilies
12-15 - Curry Leaves
1 tbsp - Chopped Ginger
2 tbsp - Chopped Garlic
Directions :
For Marinating Prawns :
In a mixing bowl, add 1½ cup (250 grams) prawns (cleaned and devein) (25 pieces)
Add ¼ tsp turmeric
Add 1 tsp red chili flakes
Add ½ tsp black pepper powder
Add ½ tsp salt
Mix well
Cover and marinate for 15 minutes
For Coconut Milk Mix :
In a bowl take 2 tbsp coconut milk
Add 1 tbsp chopped curry leaves
Add 1 tsp coconut oil
Mix well and keep it aside
For Making Grilled Prawns :
On a medium flame in a pan, add 2 tbsp coconut oil
Add 4 slit green chilies
Add 12-15 curry leaves
Add 1 tbsp chopped ginger
Add 2 tbsp chopped garlic
Saute for few seconds
Add the marinated prawns
Cook for 1 minute
Flip the side
Cook for 1 minute
Add some coconut milk mixture evenly
Flip the side
Add coconut milk mixture evenly
Mix well
Cook for 1 minute
Remove Grilled Prawns in a plate
Grilled Prawns is ready to serve
