How to Acer Laptop Keyboard Light Turn On

For acer new model settings is = fn + down arrow

Rajesh ji, i have been facing the following problem in my Acer Predator 300 Helious Laptop from the past 10 to 15 days or so?
My concern was the keyboard light doesn't light up at the boot level.
I have applied all the troubleshooting remedies (Drivers Update, Predator App Uninstall / Reinstall), Fn + F10, Window Reinstall etc.) but, failed miserably.
Now, i have been told by the incompetent technical support team to visit the service centre and get the motherboard checked and repaired.
My lappy is just a year and half old. I often used it very gently. 😢😭😥 I still feel that, my laptop doesn't have a motherboard issue at all.
I don't know what shall i do?
