New sword is much better imo. He can regain 75 shield without attacking now making running an option. He got better crowd control potential with charged q. His e is the only big nerf I see but the new things make up for it. My new favorite combo is Charged q into Ult. Also the ragdoll at 18:27 was brutal.
Favorite sword combo rn is Base E into charged Q, maybe phinisher after to get Limit back up for another charged q or maybe E Ive also noticed not very many people use charged Q, so allow me to win you over, you _usually_ only have to hit the 1st swing (in most cases) for it to register the rest of the hits, the only times this doesnt work is if the target can escape, eg a subspace who activated shadowslip before getting hit

His old passive allowed sword to do the most braindead moves without being punished
