Happy new year my guys! Lol English is my second language, despite being American, so I totally felt the lyrics thing.
Fun fact: After "Mansion," people complained that he sang too much in his songs, and while he was releasing "Therapy Session" complained he didn't sing enough (He actually references that in a song on T.S. called "All I Do"). So in Perception and in The Search he mixed it up more.

NF even puts in his lyrics on some songs
how he has to tour as soon as he drops
something and this covid crap threw a wrench
into his 'fans' and his plans even after he left the
date on his drawing at the end of 'Paid My Dues'
when you flip the image over on your phone screen
intead of seeing LoSt you see (t)hursday 5 (May) o7 (7th)...

Lol digging too deep man. Paid my dues came out months before covid started. Spring/summer 2020 was going to be the search tour. He wouldn't have dropped a new album while he was touring for the search album.
