Accident of birth as opposed to content of character is what monarchy has always been: It does not make for good governance! I don't want to represent myself as unusually perceptive, but as a Canadian of British origin raised on a lot of British magazines and occasionally seeing Savile on TV, I thought he was seriously creepy. When I visited Britain in my late teens back in 1970, I ventured this opinion to the various relatives I was visiting and was shot down in outrage. He was a wonderful man, he did amazing things for charity, blah blah blah. When I said that his behaviour to girls on Top of the Pops was repulsive, they laughed and said he was "a bit cheeky." When I lived in Britain in the late seventies and early eighties I said the same thing and the reaction was the same. Maybe it took a relative outsider to see through him. Brits were brainwashed by the media representation of this monster as a saint, and the media need to take responsibility.

One important concept here is that money is power, and if we don't know how rich the royal family is, we don't know how powerful they are, and we don't know if the UK is a democracy. King Charles is on the right side of the overpopulation issue though, still, he seems to have withheld more money from contraception charities than I have. Most narcissists act the same way. My elderly father bangs on the floor when he can't reach something without effort. Same attitude as Andrew. Why should I do something when I can make someone else do it for me ?!!
I exist only to serve him. Other than that, I don't matter at all.

Please, DON'T feel lost or alone in your life, just because YOUR FATHER does NOT know how to behave... YOU DO know how to be a good, loving, lovely AND CARING person and that's EXACTLY WHY you DO MATTER for many, MANY others, ok ☝🏼😌😉😊👍🏼😘!!!!!! Many and lovely greetings from Germany 🙋🏻‍♀️🇩🇪😃!!!!!!!!!

9:53 “he admitted to abusing boys and only got a caution???” I didn’t get who that was but that’s an absolute disgrace. I also can’t believe the BBC got away with facilitating Jimmy Saville’s horrific abuse of children

Prince Andrew has always given me the creeps. I remember being a teenager in the eighties and the tabloids giving him the moniker 'Randy Andy.' Ugh. In response to Norman saying the police refusing to state where Andrew was on the given date isn't a security issue; it IS a security issue in the here and now. I'd imagine there are a few people who'd be up for taking aim at him anyway. If it was confirmed he was with Virginia, probably police would have to step up security for him?

Hats off to Norman Baker for choosing Helen Suzman who, as MP for Houghton in Johannesburg, was a beacon of light to those who opposed apartheid in South Africa. Sadly her principled and brave contribution was not recognized by the ANC, about whose government she later prophetically said that she was hopeful, but not optimistic.
