This question is not on topic, I have an OKX wallet with USDT and a seed phrase for it (head isolate sound end kit industry choice festival limit stable dolphin derive). How can I transfer them to binance?
Anyone that reads this comment should realize that this is a scam. This person is pretending to reveal their seed phrase. What you don’t realize is that this wallet is what they call a multi-sig wallet or a multi signature wallet. There is no way to move crypto out of this wallet, unless you have, all of the required keys (usually two of three). So what’s going to happen is you use the seed phrase to restore into a wallet and try to empty it. You will be unsuccessful and so will attempt to put a little bit of Ethereum or Tron into the wallet for Gas fees. You will soon discover that this is a black hole because you won’t be able to move anything out without the other key. It’s really a small time grift We’re only talking about pennies here, but this is a pathetic jerk that wants to collect your pennies. DON’T FALL FOR IT!

Honestly, I would be a bit more concerned with the fact that it is a Ledger. If I understand correctly, Ledger itself actually has access to the seed phrases of customer wallets...unless they've changed something that I'm not aware of.

There is no need for external device with ICP considering it doesn’t use 3rd party centralized computer cloud that can easily be censored by hostile Central Banks who have the best governance money can buy.
@@leroyessel2010 you can also use your hardware device to secure your ICP wallet as well. I have done it. There is an ICP app in Ledger Live that you can install on your device.

There's really not much I can do to help you. It sounds like you have restored the seed incorrectly here. So either you wrote it down incorrectly, or you restored it incorrectly. I would go back and double check and try to do the restore again. You might also inspect your word list against the official bip39 word list and make sure that all of your words are on there.
