While touring the Dolomites 20 years ago (Aprilia Futura) I learned quickly to look back up every switchback for buses coming down. They take up the entire road and either can't or won't stop.
Why do you cut every left curve? What if a Bus or Truck is coming down the road ? Or don´t you need your head anymoore? That will hit first the downcoming vehicles........
I cycled up there, I remember every curve and every meter was earned in sweat and blood. Now I am looking forward to riding the Stelvio again with a motorcycle

Hi mate! Thanks, this ride is one that should be done again with a 360 cam view😎 I read a lot of things about these tires, personally i think the performance on tarmac is perfectly good. On slow corners you can feel them slide a bit if you push the bike. But this challenge is only fun. The grip is actually good especially on dry tarmac.

@@huskydrive Really cant go wrong with an Akra Wings was appealing because it sounds good enough in vids, but could also do mid-pipe for same price as Akra. So hard to tell how it really sounds from videos. Shrug
hi! actually it’s not really loud without the DB killer. with the cat still there, it’s just a very deep sound. but. it’s a proper motorcycle sound in stead of the “moped” sound that i didn’t like on the testdrive.
Hello, doesn't the heat coming from the cat bothers you? I put a heat shield but its just still very hot on the left foot when riding over 25 °c, i check alot videos of the norden and there is not alot of people complaining about that heat...only people worried about the oil of shock getting too hot but i'm really annoyed by that heat on my feet and legs! I was thinking that maybe it could be something abnormal only on my norden? let me know. Thank you and ride safe.
i do notice this very well. but its not super disturbing as long as you keep driving. I only go outside the city and on tours. So for me this is fine, when I go slower, I do notice what you mean. At this point, it doesn’t bother me that much yet.
Audi definitely pulled away . He stayed on you with no problem . I actually would like to see how I would do against a Norden on my Road Glide . I had to turn volume way down
Seems that the bike does not like corners. You barely come around the turns without using the full road. On the straight pieces the acceleration is good...
Er holt vor der Kurve zu weit aus und geht viel zu früh auf die Innenlinie. Kurz, er schneidet die Kurven. Das sollte man auf normalen Straßen gar nicht, auf Pässen schon zweimal nicht machen. Und er sollte mit seinem Oberkörper auf seiner Fahrbahnhälfte bleiben.

ive got the Arrow exhaust cat & cannister deleted Ti silencer & Rottwieler intake on my 901 , with the rapid bike adjusting the mix it runs awesome now way better than the stock lean state of tune but it doesnt sound as good as yours
@@huskydriveI read that the db-killers could not be removed anymore on newer Euro4 or Euro 5 bikes even on aftermarket exhausts like yours. Is the db-Killer of your Akra removable? You wrote it’s out so I’m asking myself how you did that.

a horror road for all those who know how to actually ride turns...not once you got cars but also motorbikes ending up on your lane. ...I hate it. but I love to ride this pass aswell.. did it in 2023 after 5 weeks of ACT Pyrenees, portugal and spain ...on my way home to zurich.

When I tried the Norden that's the only negative I found. The sound to euro5 standards sucks :( I'm a little curious to see if without the catalyst and with the db killer installed, the sound will remain correct? the problem with the catalyst is also the heat because it has to be really hot to reduce pollution ... I also read somewhere that the exhaust manifold gets too close to the rear shock. This heats up the oil in the shock and it loses efficiency, they advise installing a heat shield.

Ja der Fahrer sollte tatsächlich erst an seiner Performance arbeiten bevor er mit seinem illegal lautem Moped über wunderschöne Pässe scherbelt, welche dann wegen genau solcher Typen für uns alle als Motorradfahrer gesperrt werden. Danke für nichts! By the way finde die Norden schon sehr cool.
Ich bin ebenfalls Fan von nem vernünftigen Auspuffklang, weshalb meine auch nicht mit Serien-Tüte fährt, aber ich käme nie auf die Idee mit so ner Tüte den Hahn so nah an Fahrradfahrern (und ggfs. Fußgängern) aufzureißen. Das Reinquetschen undÜberholen in manchen Spitzkehren daneben. Ansonsten hat mir das Video gefallen.

Mit dem Auto musste ich das sogar machen, da ich sonst nicht rum gekommen wäre und mit Moped kann es auch nicht schaden. Sofern natürlich keiner von oben kommt.
TT didn't perform so bad, did it? Cornering faster than you I think. You kept him off well. Your main advantage being that you can overtake at will where he can not.
What a hero! Blasting with his akra along cyclists pressing himself around and between tight corners driving cars. What a loser on his pseudo off-road bike. I’ve got no issue with speed, but in traffic, you’re signing your last letter and other’s as you provoke their mistakes.
The Audi was not racing at all. If it is a driver with good driving skills, and the car has enough bhp, no way you can keep up on a mountain road. On the straights you can pull away, but in the corners he has the advantage, and then with enough bhp, i am very sure the car is on top first. But with that amount of traffic it is not safe to race.
You were passing the cyclists way too close and you ran wide in quite a few corners.. this could have ended badly. I had gravel on the Stelvio once in a corner (near the top) and had I been already wide I wouldn't sit here today.

I heard only the Remus and the Akra. But I prefer the Akra. I might change up for fun in spring as my bike is in wintersleep right now..

Wo war das denn gut? Allerwelts-Motorrad-SUV. Klingt wie ein Sack Nüsse. Und das was ich sehe ist auch noch hässlich wie die Nacht.
Und vor allem Finger von der Kupplung… aber nein… typisches Angstkuppeln vor der Kehre. Abgesehen vom Frevel des Kurvenschneidens, absolut unmöglich.
Er fährt das Stilfser mit 60 im 5. gang hoch. Mehr muss man eigentlich nicht sagen.

TT has a lot of torque, but the driveris Not so ambitioned in the corners. First none frustrating Video I see from here.

sound is good, riding line is bad, .... cutting a lot of corners into opposite lane. However, as a bike maniac i enjoyed it anyway 😂

Beautiful video but the sound sucks! You have way too much gain on your mic input and the sound is clipping and all distorted.
