Hi! I will be 50 in a couple of months! I plant, I feed the birds and adopted in the last few years 11 poor dying dogs that are my great friends and joy! This young minded people just inspire me how I am gone live my live in an old body but with a young and joyfull mind!! I love the stories and the knowledge of this "young" people!! : )

(That transition at 1:28 in! It's as if you had your own pianist write it to the shot!) I love the line “be careful just to exist, it can be dangerous “. I am just about to turn 60, but I still feel like I am 40!, there are a few things I have noticed that I don’t do as well, mainly strength things. But other than that I make sure I laugh out loud everyday as a day without laughter is a day wasted.! I have many many great years in me yet! And I intend to enjoy them. Now that I'm older material things does not seem.to matter to me, is the time i spend with my loves ones and the memories with can have, helping my children and grandchildren to be in nature instead of watching television or playing games in the computer, we need to pay attetion to the beautiful things in life and the miracle to be alive, life is a blessing from God and we should never try to take it for granted❤enjoy every minute you have and bring joy to the people around you, speak life and be a blessing.

Dear Frank Woodvine, the nonagenarian gentleman - You can chase me any time . I would feel honoured and very grateful!! I am a 75 year-old lady who avoids looking in the mirror as much as possible. Like yourself I feel 25 in my head!
The older I get the more I realize age doesn't bring wisdom. It only brings weary. I'm not any smarter than I was 10 years ago. I've just grown too tired to juggle the lies and hide the fears. Self awarness doesn't reveal my indiscretions. Exaustion does.
Damn you guys! You did it again. I had to wait 10 minutes after crying for so long to be able to see my phone. At 72 years old sometimes I feel sorry for myself in getting older. I've always said this too..I want to live my life to the best of my abilitiy.
Now that I'm older material things does not seem.to matter to me, is the time i spend with my loves ones and the memories with can have, helping my children and grandchildren to be in nature instead of watching television or playing games in the computer, we need to pay attetion to the beautiful things in life and the miracle to be alive, life is a blessing from God and we should never try to take it for granted❤enjoy every minute you have and bring joy to the people around you, speak life and be a blessing.
So beautifully said - it is definitely those moments together with the people that we love, appreciating the beauty of the natural world around us, that is most meaningful to us too!

The older I get the more I realize age doesn't bring wisdom. It only brings weary. I'm not any smarter than I was 10 years ago. I've just grown too tired to juggle the lies and hide the fears. Self awarness doesn't reveal my indiscretions. Exaustion does.
