Agreed, the wrist is much more accurate (still not that accurate) than the middle of your forearm. If he had changed the watch placements then it would have been a more accurate variety of results
By the way Lemfo reading was within the range which is 60-100bpm. If your HR is more than 100bpm you may need to see your doctor. I am quite no convinced with big brands reading. The best way to compare lemfo and other watches you should use a medical device for HR rate not other brands watches.
Nice video! I understand the Lemfo is showing a lower HR, but could it be because you have that watch on the wrong spot. Should it be placed on an area to read your pulse?

You test heart beat too high on arm! Move it closer to wrist and then test it with another brand
