In order to keep our recommendations up to date, we maintain a 'Buyer's Guide' on our Patreon page (with a wide spectrum of models, and a lot of technical and lifestyle-related information). Organizing our recommendations this way makes it easier to include good models that we haven't made review-videos for yet, as well as to remove models which have developed unforeseen wear-issues over time, or which have been weakened by the manufacturer in their current iterations. You can access it here: www.patreon.com/posts/stroller-buyers-37953864 As an independent, consumer-oriented reviewer, we have fewer revenue-streams open to us than the majority of other channels out there, so we do ask for a small donation for access to this guide (as well as a free consultation and access to our other Patreon content). Thanks so much for your help!
Can you please compare all flat recline compact strollers? The ergo baby, silver cross clic and the baby jogger. Thank you so much for the amazing videos. Thank you
I am really pleased to see a decent yoyo competitor! Can you show the mb nano and compare that one to the yoyo? I have always heard that is the closest competitor to the yoyo
I have an opportunity to buy one of these suuuuper cheap but the fold is broken (the button won’t press). I want a ultra compact stroller to take with me on my bicycle to use round shops/museums/galleries and this looks idea but I don’t have much to spend on it. Do you think it’s fixable?
Hard to know, without opening it up. Everything is fixable, if you can get access to spare parts, but I don't work often enough with this model currently, to know what the manufacturer's policy is on making parts available to end-consumers. My recommendation would be to contact Ergobaby customer sevice first to find this out, and then make the purchase. And be prepared for some drilling and riveting. :)
Hey there, did you try to fix this? I’m looking into a stroller with the same issue and am wondering the same thing. As per the suggestion below will contact ergo baby to see for parts but would be happy to know if you tried and have any advice:)
So since I asked about repairing the fold on one of these a month ago I’ve seen 2 or 3 more for sale with broken folds, I think this might pan out to be a common issue?
I’m looking into buying a second hand one just now (how I got here) and find one that cannot fold and one that folds every time you try to pivot it on the back wheels like when you try to go up or down a step of something. Sadly cannot find anything about fixing those issues
Yes, absolutely. Unfortunately it's sold DTC in the U.S. only (and we're in Norway), so it's a bit difficult to get ahold of, but we're working on it. :)
The joint elements are a bit tightly fitted on this model, try spraying down in the cracks where you hear the noise with silicon spray and work the mechanism a bit. If this is the cause of the problem it should be gone within 30 min or so, if it persists, there might be something wrong and you should contact the store where you bought it :)
I want to watch you review for mew ergo baby Metro+!! I’m going to buy lightweight stroller. Metro+ or uppababy minu. I and my husband are tall so I want to know a good stroller for tall parents too.
I really really can't decide between this and the city jogger tour 2! They seem so similar in design and with the City Jogger being nearly $100 cheaper in starting to sway towards that one... Can you give me your opinion? I'll be using it as a second stroller for air travel and holidays etc... Thanks for your videos, they're excellent!
Can you please explain why? I really was about to buy metro, but now I cant decide :D in the videos you said that Metro has front wheel wobble protection, good and simple break system and a sturdy design. What is better with Baby Jogger City Tour 2?
I’m wondering if you might have an opinion about mountain buggy nano vs Ergobaby metro? I have to rule out baby jogger city 2 because won’t fit on my frequent airline overhead u fortunately

The Metro+ released about a month ago, I'm curious as what you think of it. I like your reviews! Thanks a lot!
I second this! Please!
There's actually a stowed away cover for the mesh back in the area were the drawstring to lower the backrest is, so you can cover it.
You should try the Ergo baby 180! It has some really cool features and is a solid stroller.

We'll be doing the Nano (and the Tour 2) this weekend or next week, as reviews, and vs the Yoyo :)
Could you do an update on the metro + (new version) thank you :)
Yes, absolutely. It's one of the next models we'll be looking at. :)
@@BarnevognverkstedNo 🎉 thank you so much ❤️

Could be, they're pretty uncommon here generally, and I haven't seen this issue yet. But I'll check around and make a video next time we get one in :)

Wondering if you’ve heard of the Colugo compact stroller? Any thoughts? Would really love a review from you on it
Debating on getting the colugo compact and the new ergo metro+ that was just released
Hi! Have you reviewed the new version? Thank you!
No, not yet, unfortunately. But we'll try to get to it a bit closer to summer :)
Have you considered reviewing Colugo Compact Stroller? This seems like a direct competitor. Thank you for all the information!
Yes, absolutely. Unfortunately it's sold DTC in the U.S. only (and we're in Norway), so it's a bit difficult to get ahold of, but we're working on it. :)
I just noticed there's a new 2020 version. Are you planning on doing a new review?
Yes, we will eventually, but probably not before people start flying again, as normal. :)
Just bought the stroller. It makes a weird clicking sound on the handle area when unfolding. Is this normal?

@@BarnevognverkstedNo ok. Will try that. Does wd40 work? I don't have a silicone spray.

Seems like a really nice stroller. Are going to review the 2020 model as well? *-* Thank yo so much!
We'll probably get to it eventually, but there are a few other strolllers ahead of it in the line-up :)
This seems to be the Europe version of ergobaby metro stroller correct?
Because the Europe version has a flat recline, while the US version doesn’t!
Ours folding mechanism is already broken unfortunately and the handle doesn't stay in a fixed position either.
Mine is having the same issue now! Did u managed to get it fixed somehow?

I prefer the Tour 2 between these two, from an engineering standpoint :)

@@saraw.6312 I am also in two minds between these two. Which did you get? I am interested in whether the wheels can survive some gravel?

Between those 2, I'd say the Metro, but it's worth spending a bit more for a Yoyo+ imo :)
