nice to see you camping again. lovely to see you and the family having a good laugh and such a good time together. i think monkey was having a giggle at the sinking chair . keep the vids coming they are lovely to watch. i like the way they show the good and bad .things that go well and the things that go awry. but you keep going well done to you. i hope the tent is o.k. love ol monkey on the gutter...
This video is full of unfortunates! I have to appologise for the eratic voice-over. It's done on the PC using a not cheap microphone. But the mic' is way to sensitive. I have to keep my mouth facing the mic' directly and approx' 3 inches away. If I move or turn away even slightly - 10mm - then the volume drops off dramatically. There is seemingly no way to make any adjustments and I hate it. I have just bought a new camera and next on the list is a new / different mic'. If anyone has any helpful suggestions please! - just bear in mind that I am living on state pension plus a bit of disability allowance, so no £500 mic's allowed! And thanks to David for your nice and early comment. I doubt the video was published for more than an hour or so! All comments are very encouraging so please keep them coming peoples.
thanks for answering my name is derek not david. i have been called worse things in the past so i forgive you. did you do a vid fixing the tent?. i would love to see it. sorry but the only mike i know is me brother in law ( ha.ha ). all the best to you... from DEREK..!!
@@derektuttle7406 AGHH! Sorry mate, dunno what I was thinking. Unfortunately I don't think I did do a zip fixing video - if I did, I have forgotton about it. I will have a look through some of the junk on my PC - if I find it I will pass it on. Just done another camp (7th & 8th Sept) and boy did it rain! Also some unflattering remarks bout a brand new sleeping bag (Naturehike CWM 400). Editing will begin shortly.
