These are my all time favourite Christmas movies..A Christmas Story. Christmas With The Kranks. Polar Express. Wishing you both & Picco a Very Merry Aussie Christmas🎄😊❤
Chinese fried rice is a meal in itself. Boiled/steamed rice is what accompanies the main courses. My favourites are Mongolian Lamb 😋 and Rusty Nails 😋 aka deep fried beef strips or pork strips coated in a rich sticky sauce. Google each one to see what it looks like. Most Chinese restaurants in Australia are owned by people from Hong Kong.
Santa came early this year! It does get cold in southern Qld for a few weeks in July. All of those things will come in handy. Even the hot water bottle and hoodie!
I didn't think it would possible for me to feel the cold, I was warm in -1 back in the UK, always in Shorts. It will be very interesting to see what July is like here, very exciting! 🙌 Joe
The best Christmas movie I've seen is It's A Wonderful Life...Classic oldie...absolutely brilliant. Home Alone 1 and 2 are always fun 👍 Love watching those
Oh my lord! You've opened my eyes to a whole new use for the bottle, I take everything bad back I said about it, Kody's a secret genius! Thanks for the great idea! ❤️ Joe
Hello from the Sunny Coast, (We look forward to planning a trip to Tassie, in the future ❤️). No way is the Snowman film known here, though that was a British only thing, so cool!
@ I disagree! As a retired teacher, we used to watch the film each Xmas at school. You will have a blast here in Tassie, but you will need your winter Woolies you unpacked today and maybe even the hot water bottle! LOL
Keep the hoodie handy for Winter .It all depends on El Nino or La Nina just how cold winter can get in SE Qld, It can be non existent Or it can have the Brass Monkeys looking for a Welder.
A bit like being sentenced to Australia if you were a British convict....turns out to be the best thing that ever happened to you and you get to be in foodie and coffee paradise
I have a HDR monitor and I do say, when you record in HDR it makes such a huge difference in the brightness, intensity and vividness of the colours, especially white. It's amazing.
I really like Arthur Christmas as a recently new animated Christmas movie. Also the 1971 version of a Christmas Carol.
It will get cold in winter, so keep all the winter stuff. You’ll be surprised how chilly July and August is.
I liked the Bruce Willis "Die Hard" series of movies, they were all placed around Xmas Eve.

My favourite Christmas movie is “White Christmas” and “Lampoons Christmas Vacation”

I have a hot water bottle. I stick it in the freezer to take to bed on the very hot nights!

Hilarious. I have hot water bottles and never thought of doing that. Doesn't the rubber perish in the freezer?
@@lisaas4477 I haven't noticed it being any better or worse than hot water
Love the snowman film! Greetings from Tassie.

If you are unlucky enough to be sentenced to go to melbin, the hoodie and raincoat will come in handy.
Good point, I guess Kody was planning for all possibilities, she's always been the brains between us 😅
Hey!!! Be nice, Melbourne isn’t all that bad! (although central Victoria is better) 😝😝

A hot water bottle, a dressing gown and a hoodie, for the Sunshine Coast. Ummmm…. Right. 😂😂😂😂
I think she got mixed up with Sunshine Coast Australia and Sunshine Coast Canada 😅
@@EatVentureVlog 😂
Just pre-warning you, it’s pretty much mandatory to have pavlova on Christmas Day
We have heard this, don't worry we are already making plans to get one 😉
@ good to hear 😂
