Thank God for Great Music! Thank God!
Oh papa Haydn! Where do you get the inspiration for such heavenly music!
What a brilliant finale full of jovial dance spirit.
Amazing performance, I love those tonic pedals in D!
Its like when you have a time machine and travel back to 1770s in London! ❤

Jaw-dropping first inversion of the flatened supertonic in bar 28!!! @MR.HARRIS
loving the perfect cadence in bar 19-20!!
"Oj Jelena Jelena jabuka zelena"
Amazing rising sequence with motif Y!

Who’s the girl sitting with isserlis doing nothing?
She turns the page. And nods her head occasionally.
MusicZeroOne I noticed that eventually, she must feel very foolish sitting in the middle of the concert doing nothing. I think having her there is a tremendous distraction, and Isserlis can’t turn his own pages, he should arrange the music so he can. It’s really easily avoided.
@@PTCello I agree it looks weird, a bit creepy. Maybe she does a dance at some point! Brilliant performance though
She takes care of his paper allergy and sells ciggies in the interval.
@@PTCello Why would she feel foolish? She has the best seat in the house! A seat that no amount of money could get you a ticket for, and she's probably getting paid for it too! Also, it's not easy to "arrange the music" so he can turn his own pages. It's not just his own part he's reading but the full conductor score.
Conducting from cello
Superb! :-D
