    Thanks Michael that's a great solution I may purchase the sculpture software but with vcarve and aspire v11 update just around the corner I think I will see what new and improved features they offer some of them are on there forum with short video clips showing some of the updates to v11.

    Brilliant solutions, Michael! Thank you! I have a question for you: Can you put more than 1 model into Pattern Sculptor, then export them as 1 model for import into VCarve?

      No you can not Mark, BUT you can bring in several into DAZ, position as needed then run them thru Sculptor, then into VCarve..

    Michael what about cutting to parts then lowering base height and emboss instead of changing shape hights?

    • @mezalick
      @mezalick  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I find the embossing to be less than acceptable. It may work in some cases but none that I've tried. That's why I always include what may not work, you never know.

    Thank you. I will give the demo a go, I am a little confused at the wording on their web site as they refer to the ability to buy after your machine is registered. I own Vcarve pro 11 and it does about 90% of what I want. However because of its single stl import ( and yes I have watched your work around series) I am limited. Does the sculpture software allow you multiple imports and more important after manipulation allow a single export?

    • @mezalick
      @mezalick  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ian, you can only import one model into sculptor at a time, similar to VCarve. And yes, their site and installation instructions are a bit confusing. I have brought that to their attention with no response. Sorry

    Can you clarify something. In some of your past videos you used a technique described as "throwing a sheet over the model" where you were able to adjust the height but then had a way to take a "thin layer" with the detail and lay it over the base to get the detail. Maybe I'm confusing things here. When I read the title I thought that option would for sure be one of your solutions but it wasn't mentioned.
