It would help if you provided a view of the feet during the transfer since that is a pass/non-pass part of the CNA state boards. You should make sure to accent the "do not ambulate" part since it's the only part you can automatically fail on.
You occasionally want to pre-position their feet for the pivot movement so they don't trip over their own feet if they are pointed forward or away from the wheelchair.
