Alright I know this is gonna sound crazy, but I decided to use this to meditate, I literally just put this on loop, took off my glasses and relaxed while focusing on Gojo's eye. Not the weirdest or most profound experience I had while meditating, but the shifting colors/lines paired with the focus on just one part of the image started causing illusions while I watched it- After a few loops, I actually saw Geto's face in the image, just found it interesting what the brain does when focused and relaxed.
