When you enter an already oversaturated market, you would want to enter with a bang and make a statement with your products, not with a bunch of underwhelming products. This way they run the risk of not even being noticed when they launch round 2 of their products. This is something Fenty beauty did right when they launched, as opposed to let's say Haus beauty, which so many people ignored despite the product quality being good.
