When you first heard Joey, I bet he bulldozed your brain with his insanity. Let folks hate & say “ you can’t say that!” Cuz it’s fuckin hilarious to see that said to Joey. Like with Alex Jones yelling at him “you can’t say that!” And Joey like a bulldozer fucked shit up so bad, without a doubt at least 5 people straight up prayed for his soul lol.
Looking at dudes like George Carlin it was awesome seeing folks who’d start to walk out, then start laughin with him.
It’s super weird to be a fan of Joey then call someone else weird or say “stop supporting Joey, giving him a platform, improving his career” aka saying “don’t watch”
Joey never gets enough credit for how good of a listener he is. I really admire that shit about him. His guests always get the floor and his attention. Tremendous.

This feels like when I'm at the family gathering and the tios are just swapping stories and everyone around can't resist listening. It's like riding in a time machine, these two men build such vivid worlds and characters from their memories. That's the fascinating part, too; they're sharing MEMORIES, not just made up stories.

This was one of Joey's best. Him and Chazz just work so well together, I guess it is partly because there is a rather large overlap in their whole New York thing and they are both great story tellers.

I grew up on Westchester Avenue my brother and I had the room 15 ft from the "L" ...As Chazz said, it was mostly fun because what we had was a 'spaulding' 15 cent ball, a stick, or a nice game of scully or ringaleevio...and kids like "pancake head", "Tropicana" , Pan Am Roach...et al. My wife is Puerto Rican and we've been married 43 years, those pork dishes are the best! God Bless. PS: Please take this as a complement - When Chazz is dressed up and his hair slicked back, he's a perfect sophisticated and cool "dracula" look! Cracks me up every time. Love you guys.
I just wanted to say thanks uncle Joey your Monday motivational videos got me going! My mom passed away back in February and I didn’t want to go anywhere let alone work but those Monday skits got me going I just smoke a little and do my 22 push-ups and get my ass out there thanks! 🙏

Sometimes a great movie escapes me when it is released. A Bronx Tale is one of those movies. I am happy to have just watched it, but sad that I have missed watching it for the past nineteen years.
