    I notice that, when my stomach upset, I eat too much food. My stomach wants only small amount of food. I eat now salmon sandwich, 1 fresh carrots, green apples, banana with 2 spoon of oats. Snack of sunflowers seeds with dry 🍒. I drink hot boiling cloves as my tea, my stomach like hot, warm water during winter.

    For my snacks, coconut cookies, raspberry juice no sugar. Jam ube fresh to cook in microwave.

    My breakfast, 2 eggs, sourdough one slice, and tea, green tea. 1 spoon of extra virgin oil.

    I will to eat artichokes, asparagus, collar greens, okra, seafood, take a spoon of extra virgin oil of each vegetable I eat. Lots of rest, 8 to 10 hrs sleep. I eat 2 eggs a day. Exercise my foot massager for 20 mins.🎉

    For carbs, I eat oats, sourdough, and garlic bread. I clean my car in morning sun for 15 min.
