    The fourth tip is the most important. Without a doubt, the mental state you have in situations determines the results. The third tip is self-care, your body is your temple, your body is the reflection of your discipline, that is why you must cultivate both your mind and your body. My way of getting out of the routine is the same way of feeling close to the person I love. Great episode
