15 saal pehle mere paas activa 1st generation tha. And uska starter system bahot raddi tha. Kitne bhi mechanic ko dikhaya koi bhi theek nai kar paya and last me maine bhi give up jar diya. Aaj me jab sochta hoon toh lagta hai uska bendix drive me problem tha. Starter motor spin karta tha but engine crank nai hota tha. Itna simple problem but fir bhi mechanics usko detect nai kar paate the. 🙄 Kisi kisi ne thoda bahot repair karne ki try ki but one week ke baad same problem again.
Ek point aap miss kr gye: Kabhi kabhi kisi kisi gari pe nutral pe hi bas self leta hai gear pe clutch dabane pr bhi nhi lega self. Itni tak thik hai lekin kabhi kabhi neutral pe bhi nehi lega self aur aap sochte reh jaoge ki scene kya hai Kabhi self le rha hai to kabhi Nehi!! Iska solution hai clutch sensor jo ki gari gear pe hone pe clutch na dabane pe gari start nehi hone deti Kabhi wo switch kharab hone ki wajah se self kam krna band kr deti hai to aap uso replace ya direct kr sakte ho.
Video achha tha lekin mera problem ka solution isme nahi mila. Mera Activa 2008 ka self start nahi ho raha hai. Mai. E carbon change karke battery se motor run kiya, sahi chalta hai. Activa me fit kiya nahi chala. Lagate time motor ka 5 bolt thoda fir se tight kiya tha. Kya iske karan motor ke andar armature magnet ko touch ho sakta hai. Aisa mai isliye puchh raha hu ki Activa starter motor ka tino wire 2 negative & 1 positive me Multimeter se continuity dikha raha hai. Stater motor socket me bhi green red me continuity dikha raha hai. Socket me direct battery wire negative green se & positive red se touch karne par bhi motor nahi chalta hai. Mujhe aap multimeter se starter motor test karna sikhavo, jisme faulty & ok dono dikhana.
Sir ji meri bike Bajaj discover 100 M hai,same condition hai cike se na hi self bike start ho rahi hai,10-12 mistri bike ko check kar chuke hain lekin koi bhi samasya HAL nahin ho rahi hai, turant vah Sahi kar dete Hain, 1-2 din me phir karab ho jati hai mai one month se bahut pareshan hu . Unnao up se hu .
Sir kch bikes me is relay ko control krne kliye ek ar relay lga hota h jisse start bike me self kaam na kre usse cdi se signal milta h ki abhi already start h bike to self button press krne pe bhi nhi kaam kregi..vo relay agar kharab ho to main relay ko jo 12v milta h vo hi nhi milega i guess normally close type relay hota h vo
Guruji maine last year discover 125 2011 model ke carborator ka genuine float & pin set change karay fir bhi leakage nahin ruki pareshaan hoke maine 1550 ka new carborator replace kiya, is it possible to stop leakage from old carborator so that i can sold out old one& recover some money
Bhai sahab mere paas discover 150cc bike ha uska self clutch ko press karke he kaam krta ha agar clutch na press kru to bike start nhi hoti jabki bike neutral pe he hoti ha
