Narrowboat Build On Hold Due To Busted Knee.

Hi Folks
The boat building is put on hold as I have to have a replacement knee operation. I will be back fitting the boats out asap.

An orthopaedic nurse friend told me that knee operations are the hardest to recover from and the most important thing is to exercise, exercise and exercise the joint. So do the exercises!
