- Full Review Of The 2021 Dodge Charger GT 3.6L V6 RWD: Interior, Exterior, Engine, And Full Test Drive | Lawsons Car Reviews.
The Dodge Charger is an iconic car from the original muscle car days back in 1966. I had mixed feelings at first about Dodge making the charger a 4 door car instead of 2 doors, but I quickly changed my mind after seeing how awesome they are. This car is an American legend!

I still like a nice v6 sound like from the v6 mustangs, Camaros, and chargers. Not a deep rumble but more of a crisp sound
Great video
Thank you ❤
Love the sound of the v6
Yeah it doesn't sound bad
I have a 2019 GT and I love it I have a custom exhaust on it and it crackles and pops, definitely gets the job done
I need to test the AWD version to see how different it feels from the FWD. I liked it
Just got a 2021, what is the best Exhaust you think?
@@jtf2ronin669 Flowmaster has a nice little rumble on these. But sound is subjective.
@@jtf2ronin669 honestly when I first got mine I just did a rear muffler delete and it’s sounds solid and deep since the GT uses a true dual exhaust with and X pipe unlike the SXT that has a Y pipe. But I recently switched to a Solo Performance Cyclone Catback exhaust. So it’s up to you :)
What is the difference in sound?
Good video 😊
Thank you sir
Great value car 🔥
I love these chargers
Just bought a new B5 blue GT this week! I paid $5000 below MSRP for a loaded model. I am so impressed with this car!
Congrats
I switched from a Scat Pack to a GT. I love it. It's not as fast, but it looks the same and I like having the extra $20,000 in the bank.
Amen to that brother
I’m literally going too Glendale ina couple months too hopefully get a charger R/t🤝🏾 really trynna decide between the 2
Don't do it if your credit is bad
@LawsonsCarReviews where should ur credit be at ? Looking to get one tomorrow 😅
@getikiakusomai2566 if you want the best rates tipi should be 760 and above. Rates are high at the moment
What about the review for all the lights in and out of the car, oh and can you do a duel difference video of the gt challenger 2022 and the gt charger 2022. Why doesn’t the trunk have a light.
That would mean i would have to have both cars at the same time. That's not always easy to do
And why do you want a video on the lights only?
I really liked driving this car, even though it's just the V6. If you are in the market for a sporty full size sedan you need to definitely consider this one. Feel free to ask me any questions, I'll give you my honest answer.
Does Dodge Charger last long consider getting one tomorrow
@@kierra242 depends on what you consider lasting long. Do regular maintenance and it will last decent. Probably not as long as a Toyota Camry or Honda Accord though.
Looking to get my 2021 GT this week. I’m stoked! It’s all white with black rims/spoiler
Sweet
I really liked this car
I’m seriously considering buying my first charger soon. I need awd but don’t wanna sacrifice the v8 engine. Any suggestions?
If you have to have a v8 and it has to be awd, you'd have to pick up an ex police car. I believe they are the only v8 and awd that you can get in a charger
Nice 🚗
Have a 2023 charger Gt plus myself and what a difference from my 2016 sxt
Big time
The dealers around my area of Atlanta, GA mostly have the GTs on the lot. Is it a good trim for everyday performance? I don't plan to go to the track...lol!
If you want an all wheel Drive charger for all winter conditions i think it's good. The rear wheel drive cars can get a little squirly
Comparing R/T and GT I saw one reviewer take a 400-mile road-trip in his R/T. The noise level was actually uncomfortable. Along those lines, the sales manager at a local dealership says he and his crew always take a V-6 whenever they travel to outlying dealers. Gets them there just as fast, and with better fuel economy.
@kenricward7022 i believe it. It's all preference. I like the louder car though, an older person probably wouldn't everyday
Car looks great in black
I agree with you
Agreed
Thanks for watching
I have the 2021 Charger GT plus.
44k.
Full optioned car.
The V6 is ok,however its pushing this car that weighs over 4000 pounds.
Definitely requires the 5 7 if you want any fun, burnouts, drag racing etc.
I have the performance suspension package and the ride isn't bad considering I'm in NJ and the roads take a beating.
One thing for sure,at 44k I had many other car brads to choose from.
After 2 month's,I realized that this car would have been a much better experience with the 5.7 V8
That's the whole point to this charger.
For now I drive an impostor.
Interesting take on it. Might not be the speed demon version but I still liked it overall.
But yes the 5.7L is the best entry level engine I think
Yea for the 44k you should’ve just got the RT trim
😱😱😱😱
Same thing man, I have a 2021 charger gt black top package , looking to get an rt now though !
Would you take this or a 2021 Chrysler 300s I’m stuck in a hard place rn
Tough choice. Do you want sporty or more luxury?
👊👊
This car looks so good
👍🏿
Looks so mean at the front. Is it quick enough though?
I think it is quick enough for most
I think it sounds good and quick for a V6
I was impressed with it
Scatpack is a 6.4, not a 6.2* otherwise nice video. Love my scatpack this GT definitely looks a lot like my 21 scatty.
Dang did i say 6.2? The hellcat is 6.2L
My bad if i did
I would consider one of these if they weren't 42k for a GT AWD where I live. Nice car, but too much for such a dated platform.
True. But this dated platform is still fantastic, that's why they are still so popular
@@LawsonsCarReviews you make a good point there!
The price is high though. This chip shortage is running all the prices up
buying a gt today rwd for 35
@@deadeye4256 very nice! I bought a low mileage challenger sxt plus and love it!
I’ve wanted one of these for a long time but they’re so damn expensive
They are now
@@LawsonsCarReviews yeah that’s why I’m hoping I can get another v6 mustang like I had
👍🍰🍰🍰🍰👍
