    IVE LEARNED A LOT FROM THAT DANCING EXERCISES WHICH IVE BEEN DOING FOR A LONG TIME AND JUST NOW I LEARNED THE BENEFITS OF THOSE EXERCISES THAT I'VE ARRIVED IN THIS AGE WITH OUT TAKING ANY MAINTENANCE MEDICINES. TNX DOC MARTIN
