One of my favorite Kiss songs. I loved Kiss with Bruce and Eric.. Bruce is my favorite Kiss guitarist, his solo's were just always so tasteful. And you can always tell a song written by Desmond Child. I think he's one of the greatest song writers of all time, he wrote a lot of Kiss' hits as well, as many other artists..Shoot he wrote like half of Bon Jovi's Slippery when Wet and New Jersey albums.

The car on fire is a miniature. In the shots before, that is a 1987 Porsche 928 that Gene gave Paul for his birthday that year. He was BIG mad a few years later when Paul sold it.

I’ve always liked this KISS song if for only the drummer. Eric Carr did the backing vocals and he is a thousand percent all in. Sadly, he died in his early 30s, but this is a good snapshot of someone getting an opportunity and playing the hell out of it.
When I hear this song I think it could be taken as a anti - Suicide song for all the people that were bullied as child in school or anything else that went along the lines of wanting to self harm themselves even though the lyrics may say a different meaning there are a few lines that people can take from this song as positive and do things to change there life around for the better. Just like the song said everybody got dream and hunger inside now if that 1st dream fails find away to think of a different dream if you have that hunger inside of you cause if the 1st or second doesn't work out but your still dreaming for the 1st to happen maybe somewhere down the line one of your dreams will lead you back to the 1st if you keep that hunger inside and don't give up cause you have a reason to LIVE it may take you many times to dream but it can lead to the goal you had at the start just a different way to get there but yet your Alive

Gene Simmons got bit by the acting bug. He did four films between 1984 and 1989. The only that is worth seeing, IMO, is Runaway. Gene plays a tech genius inventor pursued by cop Tom Selleck. It is very good. This ballad, and Forever, off of the 1989 LP Hot in The Shade, are my two favorites from KISS. Paul Stanley absolutely nailed it on vocals on this. My only thing I had a problem with about in this one: The keyboard part is just a bit too much.
