    Is nice seeing someone of my age (28) accomplishing great goals. I recently discovered, that I wasn't depressed as I was diagnosed, I just was frustrated with the shitty way my life was going, and thinking I was incapable of change it. Now I am fully improving my living: training, eating healty (obviusly, sometimes I eat things I enjoy more), getting disciplined, studying everyday (dropped out from med schoold and psychology school for personal issues) to become a person able to support and provide for me and my family. No chasing love from others , no doing drugs, no comparing myself, no hating the present or living in the past, just enjoying the process and giving my best. Life is a lot more that the pain that we have experimented, but is never gonna be more than the storys and lessons that scars gave us. Thank you so much

    OMG. This video occur when i search "how to create a dreamlife", and you know what this video like a gift from the universe, you dont know how much i appreciate your content video so much. This is total explain all the meanings purpose of my life about why i have to survive, why i born, why i am here.
    3 things i understanding:
    1. Stillness: Same Buddha's Purpose, The control of the mind, The Power of Silence, The Relect of your Soul, in my country word is Chánh niệm (tiếng Anh là mindfulness)
    --> The meditation of Presence
    2. No resistence: Same Stoicism
    Buddha used to say" If you don't want to bring trouble to yourself, then there is no way for others to cause trouble for you. It's all up to your heart. It's just because you refuse to give up."
    ==> You cant change what happen to yourlife, but you can change how you react about it. Miserable or Happy is Your Choice
    3. Discipline: Mind And Body-Strongest desire and Work out
    What is your Biggest Desire, What the reson you are born, Your Mission to this life
    Calm down
    Think to get to there is the effected way
    Under the Stress and Micro Habits is the Key
    This is the first time i write long like this in foreign language just wanna say thank you you much! Hope your video can reach to many people and This comment can help others a meaning courage.

    Finding balance: there is no work-life balance, we have to have internal mind-body balance
    Master the stillness: Sei Dou - movement with stillness. The moment we lack focus, we are done. To be focused, we must learn stillness.
    To become still, the basis of movement with sei - sei Dou - meditation is the answer.
    Master the flow: Nagasa- art of flow;
    the river is our environment, conditions… when we accept it, we go with the flow and have no resistance. But when we resist the external world, it is harder to go with the flow.
    So to overcome this, don’t resist feelings; feel them but understand them, and we don’t need to act on them: keep discernment in mind and body separate so we don’t act based on the resistance.
    Master the Discipline - strengthen mind and body; mind > keep desires out; body > keep it fit;
    by challenging the mind and body, that is how we can be balanced.
    This allows us to reach potential.
    Without discipline we cannot handle the stress that comes with leveling up and making critical decisions as we go. Without discipline we can’t focus. This helps us stay grounded, calm, and less reactive to external factors.

    Samurai philosophies sounds a little like Stoicism. I think though unless you are part of a group where you have peers holding accountable (like Samurai's), it can sometimes be a challenge to stay on track. That is why some people only work out if they go to a group workout class at their local gym, etc.

    • @CocoKoi321
      @CocoKoi321 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Every single philosophy is the same
      Stoic, viking , samurai, its all about honour and discipline
      I remember someone I think pewdiepie maybe? Someone big tho said that, they're all just under different names tbh, but there's always some romanticised stoicism philosophy every country has

    A lot of things I've read and heard about is usually just about on thing, and that thing is being in the 1% percent and working on yourself, working hard and grinding constantly.
    That's maybe okay for some people but honestly I don't think that brings peace, it just brings more frustrations into your life and the feeling of never being enough.
