    Very good video! What if the user did not choose the option and bypass it? Like the user ask a random question at the beginning?

      You've got a few options for handling "failures" like this - your bot can retry asking the same question, or you can route the user to another path using a transition card!

    Thank you for the tutorial! In the case that the answer the user is looking for is not found within the knowledge base, how can I handle those cases? I mean, instead of making up an answer, how can I say, for example, "I don't know the answer"?

      You can direct their answer to AI, for instance, to get an answer from ChatGPT - or you can simply check to see if they were able to receive an answer and, in the case that they weren't, you can send an appropriate message.     Is there anyway to automate the knowledge base in real time, like for example let's say we create new SOP's, is there anyway to automate the additional SOP upload and refresh of the knowledge base so that you always have the current information in your knowledge base? The SOP example may not be the best as your not creating new SOP records everyday but let's say your creating new articles or transcripts is there anyway to automate that knowledge base

    Is it possible to create a bot through the studio that uses the knowledge base but the studio is installed locally on my server?
