Thanks for sharing the knowledge. It is really helpful; however, can you pls share the links of process builder and approval process videos.
Shrey, there is an another declarative tool set called "visual flow" which can do some of the missing elements in workflows and PB, like deleting records or updating unrelated object's records etc., if this too cant meet your requirement, then only you can go to the apex trigger.

Hi Shrey! You said in the video that you can't predict in what order workflow rules are triggering and that's true but you stated that's not the same thing with process builder. I would argue that there's no way to predict in which order Process Builder processes trigger too. I mean if you have 3 processes defined on the Contact object how/where can you specify which one will run first?

Bro I have a question here.. There is requirement that another process should be called and outbount message should sent. But in this situation be have to use both.. But you suggested that we should not use both on same object..? Thanks in advance
Please upload video on process builder and some difficult time scenarios on whole Salesforce admin part
But Process Builders DML operations takes double the amount of time as compare to Apex DML operations which can cause CPU time limit exceed error in case of complex tasks. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi Shrey, I am a bit confused Trailheads says "Salesforce Flow is the name of the product. Process Builder and Flow Builder are the names of the tools." Can you please help throwing some light on this? The words FLOW and BUILDER are used with each other and also separately indicating they are separate tool...hence the confusion
Sir, while telling the difference between process builder and work flow , you told that we can' t use outbound message in process builder right.
1. But in the process builder we can use approval process .
2.and in approval process we can use outbound message.
3. If we create a outbound message in approval process and if we use this approval process in process builder then indirectly we can use outbound message in process builder right. Is this possible ?

Hi Shrey, that was a very helpful video for my interview prep. I have a question- Can we use flows before considering Apex Triggers for any automations that cannot be done using Workflows or Process builders? And if it's still not possible using Flows maybe then we can use triggers.
