  • "Founders Notes" is my way of sharing the lessons I've learned (and am still learning) as I navigate the ups and downs of adulthood, founderhood, and parenthood.
Whether you're building a business, balancing a career, raising kids, or just figuring out life, I've got something here for you.
In this video, I talk about why I write one page every morning and how it helps clear my mind. I'll show you a super easy way to start journaling, even if you’ve never done it before. It's all about staying calm, getting rid of distractions, and just writing whatever comes to your mind.
I also share why this habit makes such a big difference in my life, especially when things get stressful. So, grab a notebook and try it yourself! Let me know in the comments if you’ve ever tried journaling or if you’re ready to start!

I have just started journaling and I have been watching videos on how to do it and what to write but was not getting the correct feeling. I was writing to impress you’re so right there. I’m scared to put out my feelings I’m scared if my family members read it because I keep my book on the table so that I don’t miss a day. This is such a great video I was thinking of buying a tab to write it in so that I can hide my feelings. I’m out of Instagram since past 1 month to get my life back together and journaling and building habits are the first thing.
This video has put a smile on my face all my doubts are cleared now.
I don’t know if you remember me this is Mohammed Sabir we did a podcast on my what the marketing show. I would have said thank you to you on Instagram but to do that I have to install it again which I don’t want to do it. So thank you for your videos it helps.

What a pleasant surprise ( ofcourse I remember our conversation 😁) and thank you so much for sharing this !!! Journalling is deeply fulfilling but somehow in trying to make it “productive” we make it complicated. I’m
Happy that it made you smile and that it gave you value.. just pick it up and write every day without pressure. I keep mine in a drawer but I make sure I sit on the same desk with my morning green tea every day when I wake up so I guess that sequence reminds me to write :)
