    My Shiseido cleansing oil arrived in the mail earlier today so I got to try it & it was AMAZING! It feels so lightweight! It was such a luxurious experience! I’m already in love with it! I really think you should review it! It does have a little bit of fragrance but it’s not strong and it dissipates very quickly, I love how it just glides over my skin and feels featherlight! 3 pumps is all you need! It’s a great cleansing oil unlike that Caudalie cleansing oil which is definitely one of the worst cleansing oils I ever used!

      I haven't but I have heard good things about it. I always have a dificulty buying Chanel because I have issues finding ingredient lists for most of their products before i buy them. I'll have to check into this one!

    Sarah can you suggest a leave on oil to apply after retinol.

      I've got a few I like, I'm also enjoying some of the new CBD oils because they do a great job calming ave Soothing skin after Retinol use. The Flora and Bast Age Adapting CBD Oil is great for that. The Ordinary Argan Oil is also super Hydrating and very affordable. The Inkey List Rosehip Oil would also be a great option. You can't go wrong with any of those.

    How do you like neutrogena hydra boost gel moisturizer ? If you tried it. I have dry skin and wanted to buy a moisturizer instead of everyday cerave cream.

    • @NOBSBeauty
      @NOBSBeauty  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's a decent moisturizer, but doesn't contain a lot of antioxidants or beneficial ingredients, it's a pretty simple basic moisturizer. I'd recommend the version for extra dry skin since that one is fragrance free.

      My two cents, I have very dry skin I like under a thick moisturizer. Only complaint is it smells like chemicals 😊

    I am with you on the hyaluronic acid! I even tried skinceuticals serum. My skin doesn't like it.

      I'm hoping the HA fad ends soon. I just find it suffocating, and rather basic. It's not even a bad ingredient, just simply overrated. It's one of the few ingredients my skin just hates.

    Any thoughts/review on the cerave PM facial moisturizing lotion. Especially someone using retinol at night. Feedback?

    Hello Sara, it is a simple moisturizer, you have to think about the humidity of the environment also to use hyaluronic acid. Thanks for your recommendations. Take care of yourself and a hug from Chile 😚😚

      Thank you so much! I think it's a combined of the setting powder and highlighter. I use the Hourglass Ambient Light Setting Powder in the shade Dim Light. Then I use a little bit of the Laura Geller Diamond Dust Baked Gelato Highlighter. Love those two products so much!

    By the end of the day my skin is soooo dry when I use The Ordinary hyaluronic acid on wet skin, after a shower, before actives and moisturizer, & SPF. Eliminate the hyaluronic acid from the equation and my skin is fine at the end of the day.

    • @NOBSBeauty
      @NOBSBeauty  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Do you live in a drier climate? Sometimes they can affect HA. HA is kind of a fussy ingredient, I'm not super fond of it myself.

      @@NOBSBeauty I live in a suburb of Seattle.... not dry but not humid either. Probably dry enough for the HA to suck the moisture from my skin because there is not enought to attract from the air.

    Mario Badescu never EVER fails to disappoint ... Huge pass. Remember the steroid scandal? 😠 Thanks for taking one for the team. Personally I won't let Mario Badescu skincare touch my face with a 10 ft pole. I don't know why they still exist and I don't know why respectable retailers like Ulta still carry them 🤢

    • @NOBSBeauty

      Yes, I had forgotten about it but now they you reminded me I wish I would have mentioned that in the video. I wonder if there was ever a class action lawsuit about that? If not there should be. We can't let brands do this crap. I'm going to have to do a video on the top skincare scandals- there's been so many of them... Truly Organic not being organic, Tarte Naturals not being natural, etc.
