Can you please clarify why/how it is possible to expedite this process for this particular treatment? You mentioned the phases are being carried out in parallel with one another...? Would it be ethical to carry out RCT's on large groups (phase 3) without first knowing appropriate dosage and whether or not the drug displayed adverse effects (phase 1)??
