Well it can be both still. This video is just made for fun, but still, kids often experiment through playing, and its clear that nellie feels comfortable in this role she chose. I've been hearing so many people say the same about me and they were right, I was just playing. I know that what you mentioned is a problem but it doesn't have to do anything with my comment, or at least it's intent. What I wanted to point out was that she had a lot of fun playing as the masculine role. I am not necesarily claiming that she is transmasc because of the playing, but that for me personally and a lot of trans people I know this was the beggining of their discovery process. We are on the same page here, fighting against the same issue. You have a problem with women being called masculine for doing something that men do more often. I have a problem with trans kids being disregarded by adults because they're too young to decide and that their behavior doesn't mean anything. Getting Melissa Villasenor as Nellie’s voice was such god tier casting. She captures the laid back, sarcastic yet chaotic essence of her character.
