I'm Dominican and I have been to Colombia 2 times thanks to my husband. I love Medellin because the people are so charming and nice, the food is amazing, the views are breathtaking, and everything is so economical. I'm going next month and I can't wait to go back.
My advice to everyone coming to Colombia. The food is delicious, so just step your cardio and weight training up. The food is rich, so you have to use that energy 💪🏾

that thing you called blood sausage.. in Guyana in South America we call it Black Pudding, it is really food, the rice is mixed with many spices and seasonings and mixed with some blood then stuffed into the tube (intestine) the cooked, there is also version with no blood called White pudding!
