Already earned my CF-L3/CCFT credential, but I’m watching this Q&A anyway, because I know I can learn just listening to these amazing coaches! EDIT: Also, I’m excited for the relaunch of the Level 4. I want to be the best coach I can be!!
@@jdvallejo6597 unlike the CF-L3, the CCFT credential can also be achieved without first earning a Level 1 or Level 2 certificate. Coaches who verify 1,500 or more hours as a collegiate level strength and conditioning coach AND pass the exam can claim CCFT, but not CF-L3. Those who first earn the CF-L1, then CF-L2, then finally pass the exam, can use either credential. It’s a slight distinction.

Awesome video. Thanks!
How long after the test do you know if you passed or not?
I am watching this from my home until I can afford the exam
What is the difference between the CF-L 1,2,3 to the CCFT?
CCFT is an alternate name for the CF-L3
