Using shotlock to dodge the meteors instead of Vanish is actually kind of a fun challenge but it is a lot less reliable. Even though Terranort keeps teleporting, it is still possible to get a full Dark Volley shotlock and earn enough invincibility frames to dodge the meteor attack and even possibly do some damage in return. Still needed to spam Curagas for the rest of my own lvl1 Terra run so hey what do I know? 🥸
Damage is done by reflecting his dark bolts and punishing his DM's by surging into him. To avoid the meteors, you vanish, and to avoid his nuke you keep dashing. How do you know when Ars will stun lock him? And what order is your command list. I know this is 3 years old but if you could reply id greatly appreciate it.
You have to get vanish to avoid it consistently. Blocking it is random, and I have done it like that so I would know. I beat with no commands and it was the most frustrating part.

I always use Mine Square and Firaga on the edge of the arena because he's an idiot and dashes into them if he bumps into a wall

Looking back at it, I don’t think BBS has horrible bosses. (for the most part) They’re just.... different.

Yeah he can break out at any moment during Ars Solum. It’s worth it though. Does more than a whole bar.

@@XyLo2517 yeah not even really sure why it’s inconsistent. Maybe the blast of the meteors sometimes hits you from behind.

Sometimes I’ll get punished for the shot lock but it’s very rare and I think it can be more reliable than blocking
