Recommend fact: glowsticks, flashlights, and bulklights can be use to distract grumbles who are actively not chasing you, if a player is being chased by a grumble, they are able to shine a light source to slow its movement speed, you can tell its speed is getting decreased when he squints his eyes. my honest opinion? it is basically free after door 150. it definitely needs some balancing, because i feel like 200 is easier than 150 by a lot
they should probably switch door 200 and door 150
@@named_account I don’t think so. I think they should buff doors 100-150, and 150-200 so it’s a little more balanced. When I started playing the nerf, my expectation of the difficulty got lowered by a lot due to how easy it was to get to 150, and then I basically just got punched in the face by the Nest. The difficulty spike is really big and it really set my expectations for the rest of the run, but I was wrong and I beat floor 2. I literally just passed the Nest for the first time and fluked to the end.
@@GenesisSuperNova8764 Pre nerf was fine except for the nest and 1st seek, so it's insane to me that they nerfed everything EXCEPT for the HARDEST part in the ENTIRE game
@@sanderhankel9098 Honestly, I think the first seek is fine. However, the minecart section sometimes gives you almost 0 time to react to either ducking below planks, or a turn. Other than that I think it’s pretty solid. 150 is way too hard, I think they should nerf the grumbles speed or smth

At the machine where you get the codes there’s like a signal sender that directs towards the area machines, making it much easier to find them.

Incase you didn’t know, after the seek chase will be a sequence where you find anchors and run from a matured giggle known as grumble, there will be quite a few of them, a way you can escape them if being chased is by flashing them with any light source, it will slow them down for however long you shine the light in their eyes..

As they are very fast this could be useful to make a quick escape
Hint for floor 2: giggles can be blinded by laser pointer and other light sources making it easier to get by. But when giggles are stunned or blind you have time or else giggles can try damaging you and dealing 10 hp per hit by giggle.
if you find a desk (drawer) and it has an openable compartment, you can crouch inside the opened compartment and survive entities like rush or ambush

1 is passive (i call it passive) mode, he usually doesnt rebound as much and is slower but his sound is more silent and takes a while for you to hear the sound
2 is enraged which is red, green and pink color, hes much faster and rebounds like 5 times or more but when he spawns he immediately makes sounds and gets much much louder capping at (my own guess, i dont wanna measure) 20 db or decibels

btw here a tip, it lets you play the heart beat mini game inside of lockers now when hides gonna kick you out, so you can stay in for how ever long you want, just gotta do the mini game.
They removed it due to the backlash that it got, cause it was "Too difficult" or "Made Figure less special" or something.
Personally, I liked it because it gave you a chance to "push your luck" and stay inside for a bit longer, and you knew exactly when you would get kicked out (When you fail). It also added some tension when you get cornered by a Grumble and hid in a locker as a last resort.
