      Hi there. Glad you found the video helpful for your use.
      As for your requirement you would need to create a database which has a checkbox property, which if ticked would count piano practice as once.
      In this way you can keep a track of total piano practice times for any specific period such as Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly etc by summing up the checkbox ticked at the bottom.
