      Hello fellow solicitor. We have now also published a practicable book on civil litigation...may be worth your investment. Here's the link: www.lulu.com/en/gb/shop/alex-woods-and-nate-fakes-and-kinga-stabryla-and-kinga-stabryla/flying-solo/paperback/product-m5yqjq.html

    Thank you so much for this great information, I really do not know how to thank you enough, you are a God sent to me. Last Monday the 18th my solicitor came off my case. I am left in the cold devastated and confused. Listening to your informative videos is really a great relief and a source of inspiration for me.

      No problem Michael, glad we can help this way. I encourage you to check out the book too, which would be your wingman - 'Flying Solo: How to Represent Yourself in the Courts of England and Wales' on Amazon. If you would be willing to, I'd appreciate if you left a review here: uk.trustpilot.com/evaluate/redwoodlegal.co.uk.

      Ah yes! Bar exams... that takes me back;) I hope you will not mind the plug, but we have a book out now and I have a sneaking suspicion it might be of interest to law students, its just we have so little time to spread the word and market the book, which is a shame as it tries to make the whole civil litigation process clear and accessible.
      The book is "Flying Solo":

    Quick question: Filed a claim via Moneyclaim (MCOL) for property loss (damage to bicycle caused by defendant) . Want to withdraw claim and refile so can include personal injury claim (as you know MCOL does not allow claims for personal injury) . Is it OK to reference my previous MCOL filing in the new N1 form so as to explain the new filing
    Thanks

    How could I find out if there is or has been a court case against me as I have been told by one council worker that there is proceedings but a social worker manager has told me there isn't proceedings however I'm being blocked out of child protection conference and meetings. I have already proved that the threshold was not met for my child to be on child protection plan and they did not follow procedures.

      Dear Louise, the video here does not deal with family proceedings. Please feel free to email us at info@redwoodlegal.co.uk and will see what we can do to help. Many thanks, Redwood Legal Team

    What are the consequences of giving false documents in disclosure .or where would I find information. thank you

    • @RedwoodLegal
      @RedwoodLegal  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you have found forgeries in disclosure then you need to produce evidence that they are forgeries. This is not easy. The documents also need to be relevant to the case. You will probably need to make an application to court for you to adduce fresh documents of your own to prove they are forgeries, so you can then add them as exhibits to your witness statement.

      How interesting. Are you in touch with him? Maybe we invite him onto a podcast ;) I do actually want to try and get some judges on board, so people really know what they think about litigants in person and their tips.
