For the highway interchange at Valley Industrial, maybe have a look at the Zwolle Zuid Interchange in Zwolle, the Netherlands. I think it’s about the same size and would be pretty cool, though I’m not sure how much of it would be an upgrade to the existing infrastructure, but it’s just a rlly cool interchange.
@@SunnyScunny Mhm, that WAS the city back in the 13th century. It’s an old Hanseatic trading city, which now has expanded to 130,000 citizens. Beautiful place!
What a thoroughly excellent build! So glad you upped the capacity to a 3-lane road at the end... I was thinking part way through that some of the congestion was being caused by tailing 2 lanes into one as you go towards the bridge. Fingers crossed you city comes through this week's patch unscathed.
One thing that I find helps a little bit with traffic is taking out the crosswalk in front of where the heavier traffic tends to pile up (for 4 way intersections) -it makes it a bit easier for them to turn and pedestrians don't need all 4 crosswalks to walk to where they want to go. It's not a game changing tip to solve all traffic, but it does help and every little bit goes a long way in the end.
Great idea! I have a few of the small fields dotted about, but I'd love a big stadium, perhaps we'll reserve a space for one for when the custom assets are available
Just found your channel and am really enjoying it - didn't imagine you could do what you do with vanilla tools, impressive! Any reason you're not using mods?
Can you please put your new save on PDX mods, thank you. (I want to avoid starting a city while still having it filled with mass transit) why? suburban sprawl and uneducated at the begining
Thanks for checking out the city and the video! Good news, the savegame will be on PDX Mods soon, but first, Channel Members have early access for a few weeks. I'll post once it's available to everyone I appreciate the support!
@@SunnyScunny Maybe Prop Line Tool will be useful for you, as you are placing alot of trees in straight lines, but overall im always suprised how much you are able to do without mods. Maybe also find it and other prop mods, wich enable greater detailing.
@@SunnyScunny Better Bulldozer, Line Tool and Traffic all allow for vanilla compatible play (you can use them all and then load the save into vanilla without issue, from knowing what's in them and personal experience). Plenty of others for detailing but then you're tied into them, which is fine in its own way.
I absolutely love the perfect imperfections, I always have a hard time looking past stuff that doesnt fit well
he spent entire episode setting up 2 roads. meanwhile me sets up half the city. difference is mine looks like boxes. his looks like a real city😂.

Wow, what an interesting city, particularly the star fort seamlessly incorporated into the town centre

Yes, more lanes the better 😅🤞

Great vid!
Id love to see a Football stadium, maybe on the outer edge of the city.
Could have its own dedicated tram stop and retail area,

This city is so stunning. Great job!
I really like your cinematic editing style. It remind me of Citywokcitywall. Very missed style.
YES NEW SUNNY
Do you mind sharing your PC specs? Looks like it runs very smoothly for you
If you play with mods I can recommend the Traffic mod. It lets you edit the car and even tram lanes. Whilste the tram edditing is a bit tricky tho
What a great episode
Impressive results considering the fact that you don't use mods like move it!

I'm enjoying the game without mods thus far, I'll add some when the time is right. Thanks for taking a gander at my channel!
It looks great, but where did you get the fountain water effects?
It’s an asset from completing the treasure hunt in CS1.

@@SunnyScunny When is that exactly. Also, will this be the last episode?
@@tracycui3800 In a few weeks, no date set. We'll continue the series long after the patch too
I'm impressed by your creation. Could you tell me your PC specs?
curious why you don't use mods for some of the road issues such as the traffic light mod and the traffic mod to help with lane turning?
If I can get it to work in Vanilla it should would a lifetime, no need to worry about mods failing 😊
@@SunnyScunny exactly my thoughts... I prefer vanilla...
It looks so wonderful!can u share the savegame pls?
Nice work, cuz
How did you get the CO bus?
Don’t stop making videos
Do you plan on using mods at some point?
Not for this city but maybe in a future series, any mods you think I’m missing out on?

Watching this as a 1 week old player feels like I'm wasting my time playing this game lmao
why dont u play with anarchy
