it seems Noel won't live forever musically. I've just heard and watched - or rather tried to watch - his newest song "This is the place". The majority of people shake their heads, laugh and scoff at him. It's unbelievable. He has become an absolute joke. Simply absurd. He appears like a man in midlife crisis who desperately tries to prove that he's still young. Liam's position in UK charts is 56, in itunes 55. Noel in UK charts: somewhere beyond 100. In itunes: position 78.

I miss the Beady Eye vs High Flying Birds days. Both were putting out brilliant albums trying to one up each other. Now Noel is just farting out shitty electronica that no one wants, and Liam is making by the numbers rock and roll. Don't get me wrong - I'd take what Liam is making currently over what Noel is any day. But neither or them are making truly great music any more.

I'm 44yrs old and my cousin who was like a brother to me for almost 40yrs ended up with my ex wife who I have 2 kids with and we we had been on bad bad horrible terms the last 7yrs and she ended screwing him over just like me and leaving him. So we had a few conversations after that and he had brought my huge cd collection and some special concert shirts back to me that she had hid n kept from me for 6yrs. I had told him I.mmv: bbnbvg 1qhad took his life a couple months ago by hanging himself and 7 PM

The fools told a fan who seen them at the start ,at there best ,which your never ever repeat ,it was a part of time that's gone ,it was a magical time everything changed over night ,because this great band ,if oasis ever got back together ,it most probably be good ,but nothing like when they first hit the scene I was so fresh and new amazing time in the early 90es which will never repeat itself .liam getting better n better ,noel doing his thing people tock sides they both different , ,I live in Glastonbury most my life so luck I get in festival ever year , but at there best nothing could touch them ,brilliant times ,you so right they need to be brothers and friends first,!!!

@@alvarojam84 I know they officially split in 2009 before the Paris gig, I was lucky to see them at Slane Castle in August that year. Anyway back in 03 a year after Heathen Chemistry, Things were starting to get worse with them arguing over Liam wanting Noel to basically let him be the singer and to stop trying to control everything as they were a band. Noel stated that it was his band and without his songs, there would be no Oasis, To which, Liam lost the head and gradually a fight broke out between Liam and Noel. It was after things had calmed down a bit Noel angrily told Liam that the next time he would bash his head in with a guitar. Hence 'you angrily said with a smoke ring round your head you would see me on the other side'. This was in an interview with GQ magazine 04/05. andy bell/Gem Archer.
